In early 2010 the San Antonio food truck scene was slowly emerging and there was a need for a place where San Antonio mobile food trucks could gather and showcase their local flavor. The location and atmosphere had to be inviting, cool, fun, eclectic & family friendly. In November 2010 we found the THE LOCATION...... A hidden gem in the heart of the San Antonio community of Leon Springs adjacent to Leon Creek and surrounded by beautiful shady oak trees, rugged landscaping and a charming 1940's rock cottage. With a little TLC, tears, family support, tons of patience, a few stumbling blocks and lots of imagination we quit our day jobs and opened our family owned and operated park in March 2012. Since that time, we have supported many local and regional craft breweries and over 180 food truck owners from San Antonio and the surrounding Hill Country area.

We want to welcome you to our little piece of heaven and look forward to sharing this unique culinary and craft beer experience with you.

Can we bring our own food & drinks?

No. The Point Park bar and food trucks rely on your beverage and food purchase to remain in business. We ask that you do not bring any coolers, yetis or food from other restaurants. Celebration cakes are allowed.

Do you have indoor seating or shade?

Yes, The Point Park is set in a park like setting with beautiful oak trees all around. The Point Park also has a covered pergola and covered bar patio with fans. The inside of The Point Park is air conditioned and has seating available for small parties. (seats about 20)

Is there entertainment at The Point Park?

The Point Park features Feel Good Friday every 1st Friday with DJ Stevie G (unless otherwise advertised) and every Wednesday we host SINGO BINGO. Singo is 4 fun family friendly rounds of song bingo hosted by Brian the Singo Guy.

Is the park kid and pet friendly?

We are friendly if your kid or pet is friendly. Unruly children will be asked to remain at their caregiver's table. Parents watch your kids. Playground rules are established for the safety of your child and other patrons.

Pets must be leashed and the leash must be in your hand at all times. Do not allow for pets to block walk-ways. Clean up after your pet.

Do you take reservations?

Weekday and early weekend reservations are available. Reservations after 4:30p Friday and Saturday are subject to a non-refundable table deposit. Each table seats 6. Email reservation requests to info@parkatthepoint.com

What do you serve at the bar?

The Point Park bar serves a variety of beer, wine and drinks. We do not carry a liquor permit. Liquor is prohibited on premise. The snack house inside The Point Park serves lemonades, ice cream, sno cones and lots of snacks.

I have a food truck and want to park it at the Point.

The Point Park has space available for guest food trucks. We are always looking for unique menus to complement our offerings. Availability is limited. Email us with the following details: Name of your business, social media and website links, pictures of your food and menu.
