Fugu Sushi serves up some of SA's best sushi rolls and Chinese cuisine and rivals any sushi restaurant in town.  Each roll is artfully crafted and presented. Fugusushi is owned and operated by sushi Chefs D. Cortez & E. Picasso. Chef Picasso,  formerly of Kona Grill, is best known for the Kona Picasso Roll.
